RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted on items if returned within ten (10) business days.

A refund cheque for the full price of the item will be issued in the Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Custom Orders CANNOT be returned.

PLEASE NOTE: As I am a one man shop, I make all the items in the catalogue myself. The work is hand labor intensive to make for you the most accurate and authentic items available

In general, Regular Catalog Items take 6 Months to a year to be made and sent out from the time the order is received

CUSTOM WORK (Museums, Parks . Institutions & Interpreters ONLY)

Depending on the project, custom work can take as little as a few weeks or as long as up to 6 months to a year to complete. BEFORE ORDERING ANY CUSTOM ITEM, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONATACT ME TO WORK OUT THE DETAILS. I will make sure you are kept up on your custom work and when it will be completed.

With orders up to $69.00, add $8.00; from $70.00 to $149.00, add $12.00; from $150.00 to $300.00, add $16.00; from $300.00 to $500.00, add $20.00; in excess of $500.00, add $30.00.
